These pants have a nice lining so they're warmer than normal hunting pants they do come like a size small so order up one size otherwise they're excellent..great hunting pants should be plenty warm as is for early season add long johns for later season seem very well made front bottom pockets could be bigger and they need rear pockets (there is none) and two more belt loops on the backside.. but all an all there GREAT and I will be ordering a couple more pair... took about 2 weeks to get here and yes there made in china but what isnt...there's another sporting goods company selling the exact same thing for $100... amazon $49.00 so buy them I'm sure you'll be happy with them...These are as expected. Nothing more, nothing less. Usually academy, co-ops, etc are always sold out of camp pants so these are great and fit as expected.Bought these for my 12 year son who is growing quickly. Good value for the money. Nothing flashy.Holds up to rain and decently warm and comfortableI wore these for my first hunt, which was in about mid-30s Fahrenheit in an endless barrage of 40MPH+ gusts. Luckily, most of the hunt was from an enclosed blind, but I still had to hike through open fields (Kansas) and get myself there while doing my best not to blow away. I had these pants over a thermal layer and jeans, and they have a thin fleece lining, built-in, too. I wasn’t able to go with a thicker underlayer than jeans because I didn’t size-up on these pants. I got them in medium, which is my normal size. They do have some stretch, so I probably could have pushed them with something a little thicker than jeans, but I just didn’t. The pants did a good job against the wind, though. There are a good number of pockets, but they do get tight with layers. Now, I am glad that I was in a fancy stand for my first hunt because as warm as I thought I was dressed, the weather was more formidable than I expected, and it really drove home that these pants are meant for layering and not for warmth (they do have some fleece lining though, as I mentioned above). The pants will keep the wind out, but you will need something else if keeping your temperature up is important, which is ok. Better to have something you can layer than something that is so warm that you can't wear it. In milder weather, I could have probably worn this without a base layer or jeans and been fine, but as my first hunt showed, you really can't count on nice days being around when your game is in season. As I said, though, these pants did do a good job of keeping the wind off me. If you can, I recommend getting them slightly big. You won’t even notice if you are tucking them into boots, so might as well have the extra room.In addition to being wind resistant, these pants stay pretty quiet, and the material keeps liquids from soaking through. I had a little bit of blood splatter, which cleaned up pretty easily. I wasn't sure how the pants would do in the washing machine, but that went well, too. Just gotta make sure not to put them in the dryer. They hang dry pretty fast. They are also tear-resistant. When I took my deer, tracking was not an issue. I brushed up against all kinds of stuff, and nothing caught on the pants. Everything just skims off.Overall, I really like these pants, and, as you can see from my picture, I also got the jacket, which I like, too. The pants are well-made, and they work as I expected. Can't go wrong here when they are being listed at a price less than $50.I was able to request and get these pants for free from Amazon Vine, and I would have no problem spending my own money on them if I had to get another pair. I highly recommend.Ohio is a place where hunting for sport is a common occurrence. While i personally do not agree with the act as a sport i do understand the importance of being able to survive in the wild. I therefore come along for the hunt sometimes but instead of a riffle or crossbow i bring a camera. I am the guy who captures the hunt if possible but mainly wildlife. With the terrain being tread on the same as the actual hunters i not only have to gear up but also carry some sort of weapon in case of emergency. This compatibility with the scenery requires me to become camouflaged so as to not be detected by the animals being hunted such as deer. With this trustworthy and effective pair of pants from the Yevhev brand i have found a comfortable pair of hunting pants that feel like actual pants. What i mean by this is the last pair of hunting pants i wore seemed like they were snow pants due to the thickness. The Yevhev brand has managed to modernize the hunting pants design by making them ergonomic in that they give the user much more flexibility. This can be useful if you are on the ground doing a traditional hunt or also if you are in a tree stand and have to climb high up. The climbing process is made easier with the thinner approach. I am not saying it is thin in the sense of it not being able to handle the cold. These battle the element just fine i am simply saying the design is user friendly in the amount of fabric used.I like the darker browns and green with tan. Those colors match the Ohio landscape during hunting season as well as the residual hunting that is allowed after the tags have been used. The pants are soft to the skin which is beneficial for someone like me who often develops dry skin with the seasonal weather shifting. In conclusion i am very happy with these pants and recommend them for the serious hunter or outdoorsperson who wants to blend in for picture capturing or binocular usage.HELLO IF YOU LOVE TO HUNT OR FISH IN THE WINTER THESE CAMO INSULATED PANTS WILL WORK GREAT FOR YALL HUNTERS AND FISHERMEN OR WOMEN THEY WILL KEEP YOUR LEGS WARM AND DRYI HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEMItem was perfect, highly recommendThe product was way too small for a large
