I measured and ordered accordingly but it still is too loose. I wear it over my shirt and it keeps falling off my shoulder. I knew it was not adjustable, so I can't complain about that, but I will look for one that is adjustable. (EDIT) After wearing a bit I think that it would be fine to wear under your shirt which is why there is no adjustment buckle so it gives a smooth look. Also don't carry too much weight in your pockets. I will use it in that role, but find an adjustable harness for my normal wear. I like the clips as the snaps on regular suspenders usually fail after a while.Love them I have narrow shoulders so I have to cross the straps in front.The item is great.I do think that the length of time I had to wait for delivery was ridiculous.Small package in the mail, several weeks before delivery.I will pay more attention the next order I make.Large size was way too big for me. Had to return and order smaller size. These are not heavy duty work type suspenders. You can wear these under a tee shirt without too much notice. Because of surgery I can't wear a belt anymore. They are a bit expensive for what they are made of.They are nice and I like them but had to shorten them. They need a shorter varietyget the size smaller than you think you need. Due to the light elastic material, it stretches a lot more than I would like. I do wear them every day after a little altering.I wanted a back suspender that didn't bother my chest/shoulder or a belt area because of my work and my body condition. The size is a little bigger than I thought, but I guess I measured my body wrong since this was my first time to buy a back suspender without an adjustable clip. It's not tight and still flexible when I bend my waist. There isn't any thick or hard part, so I feel comfortable when I work.Belt loops hooks poor design...They come off loops very easily...
